My question relates to Wifi networks with multiple users.
I work on a boat with a Wifi antenna receiving it's signal from the local port. This signal is then distributed through the boat via the LAN and Ethernet HUB. We then have the Wifi router connected to the HUB.
With 1 user online the connection is excellent (ADSL) but as soon as another user starts browsing the internet connection speed is drastically reduced. When a third joins....well, lets say dial-up would be better.
Is my bandwidth halved every time a new user joins? If so, what can I do to enhance the signal?
