Toktumi will probably work for you. Full disclosure: I'm the founder. We have many of grand central's features (although not all of them) combined with a very reliable infrastructure and real customer support. We charge $14.95/month for everything including unlimited US/Canada calling. Not as cheap as skype but that's the cost of customer support, the additional hosted features, and the added reliability. Our service is geared for business so may have some features you don't need (like conferencing, an auto-attendant, call transfer, etc), but we do have things like different greetings and routings for different callers based on your contacts, call announce, etc. If you add your Toktumi number to your fav five or circle, then there will be no charge on your mobile for calls to/from your toktumi number by your carrier.

I just came across GrandCentral because the holy grail I'm searching for is to be able to receive all incoming calls through one phone number that I can put in My Circle. I have that taken care of for outgoing calls by using Skype To Go, which costs me less than $3/month, and that's great. But the incoming calls are what I have no solution for. Since GrandCentral doesn't take any new people, can anyone tell me what other service may accomplish what I have in mind? If I have to pay a reasonable subscription fee for it I'm still interested, because this would definitely be valuable. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.
