		<description><![CDATA[With degrees in literature and law allow me to weigh in --- first, this article could have been improved with editing, both as to length and tone.  Second, you miss the point of communication: understand your audience, respect their intelligence, and their needs or contraints, and target your message in a manner that accomplishes your purpose.  Brevity and clarity are important, but they are no pre-eminent in all cases, as many of the other posters have acknowledged.  Composition, whether for business or personal communication, is an art.  Practice until you are an artist skilled in every medium, and your message will never be questioned, or lost.]]></description>
