The thing I like most is when you are booking an appointment with someone, they don’t have to be a subscriber, and its easy for them to figure out what to do. It does simple sync-up with Google Calendar.

I am also using the iPhone app which automatically can get contacts from your iPhone’s address book. Recently I emailed the CEO and tech support to ask about it syncing directly with the iPhone’s calendar. The CEO wrote back to say Apple has just opened up the API (or something like that) that was prieviously restricted so they will be fixing that soon.

I settled on Setster because they provide all of these basic services plus have integration with the Webs largest payment portals, invoicing with Freshbooks and Book-Keeping services with Intuit’s QuickBooks. Setster is more of a rounded solution for professional service providers.

Mostly I’m booking calls, which I can do in just one email with Tungle, and it even sorts out the whole time zone thing for me. What I like best is that once a call is booked, it goes right into my calendar, so I really don’t have to do anything beyond sending that one email.
