I am in the same boat with a recent switch to Mac. I use toodledo, which has a great web interface as well as a desktop client for Mac OsX I am able to view my toodledo online from my windows mobile phone; but I also sync with my work outlook and sync my phone with that. Everything syncs in the background, and my Windows, Mac, and phone are up to date. The only negative is there is no push to the phone but that is ok.
The great bonus is it is completely free to use.

Happy holidays
