		<description><![CDATA[I use a business account, open office calc spreadsheet with a sheet for each expense category (my accountant accepts .odf, and shoeboxed.com to handle receipts.  Quickbooks was too much of a hassle and the spreadsheet can be emailed to myself for backup online and because its odf I can use it on any OS and is totally future-proofed.]]></description>

My accountant uses it also, so at the end of the year, I just send him a copy of my data file and he uses that to file the corporate tax return. He also fixes those problems that creep in over a year&#039;s time (things getting put in the wrong category, etc.)]]></description>
