		<description><![CDATA[I am a Toodledo customer and I have to say that their handling of the outagage was awesome. They gave updates and kept us in the loop. You could tell that they were horrified at the thought of their customers being unable to access their service during the outage. They even had the &quot;audacity&quot; to explain what happened once they recovered, and what they have done to prevent the problem in the future. Their handling of this is about as good as it gets. Every company can learn something about service from them. Great job Toodledo!]]></description>
