The other options appear to be available as dropdown items when you choose to create a new account. I tried to get scott@ but it was already taken, and wouldn’t you know, it suggested something with a long numerical sequence appended to it…

When Yahoo! bought Rocketmail, I was given a Yahoo! ID that was my Rocketmail username with “.rm” appended. I imagine they might continue that convention for new Rocketmail signups.
