Personally I have heard great stories about many products, but around the office Proxy Pro 6 has been said to be the easiest. I will definitely take a look into this one. I am always looking for easy products to use.

It connects back to my desktop machine directly (have to setup port forwarding in your firewall) and is very efficient.

TeamViewer has been the most consistently reliable, but it is by no means inexpensive.
