NextAction Gets In Your Face
Here’s a simple utility for Windows-using web workers who have trouble remembering what they were doing when the last few instant messages and emails arrived: NextAction. The idea of NextAction is simple: it gives you a floating, editable window that stays on top of the rest of the clutter on your desktop. Context menus let you control things like font, color, transparency, and floating behavior.

This is exactly what I need! I find that I’m constantly doing so many things that I lose track and don’t follow up on what I originally intended for the day sometimes! I write myself notes in a text editor and save them, and use lots of sticky notes, but nothing really beats having a little window on top of everything until you make it go away!
