Missing Windows 7 Drivers? Try RadarSync
While Windows 7 has far better driver support from the get-go than Vista did at launch, missing or out-of-date drivers can still cause you hardware headaches while upgrading. As Kevin over at jkOnTheRun reports, RadarSync has opened up its comprehensive Windows 7 driver database. RadarSync is updated every other day, so if Windows Update can’t find the driver you need, check it out.

Hi, I just downloaded windows 7 on my ACER laptop (its a Travelmate 4070). At first all the graphics were really large and there was no sound. There was an error exclamation on device manager on the display adapters. I took it to campus support they couldn’t find an appropriate driver for my particluar acer model at first. However they were able to place an intergrated version which fixed my display however i don’t have the windows areo effect.
Within the display adapaters it states:
MobileIntel(R)915GM/GMS,910GML.Express Chipset
However when i now try to watch the getting started video on the microsoft website (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows7/help/getting-started)
all i see is a blank screen and just get the sound. I looked in device manager and there were no error exclamations. So i am not sure what to do??
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Leslie
Ok when i save the video file on the nicrosoft getting started page i can watch the video with full graphics and sound. However i still do not have the windows 7 areo affect :-(
