I would also recommend those looking into brain training to take a look at the Posit Science program. They have extremely highly regarded cognitive scientists designing the program and have been pursing some very detailed testing, their website is www.positscience.com and it has tons more info. They also provide a general brain health site called the Brain Fitness Channel, bfc.positscience.com which is an excellent resource for how to maximize cognitive health.]]></description>
