I like iPhone better, however there’s one aspect where Blackberry shines: The email handling. When you receive an email, it’s delivered almost immediately so you can read it. You don’t need to remember to check email, like with iPhone.

I have owned 2 blackberry phones, 2 windows mobile phones, symbian devices, etc. iphone is better than all of them hands down. and it keeps getting better all the time. It is not perfect, but nearly so.

I’ve had mobile phones since my 1st big luggable Panasonic that must have had a 5 pound battery 20 years ago! This phone i certainly not without it’s faults (like copy and paste) but it is truly, by far, the best phone and multi-use device I’ve ever had. My Blackberry’s been in my desk drawer through 2 iPhones and since 6/29/07!

1 thing to note is that battery life and stability have improved since 2.0.1… I look forward to 2.1…

My iphone would be great if it did not drop calls, something that was not a problem with my 2G phone. Call me old but as cool as the iphone is–I still need it to make phone calls. I live in Chicago and when I went to the Apple store they blamed AT&T and suggested that I turn off my 3G– I was so not amused. The At&T Store replaced my SIM card, pointed to the coverage map and told me it was not a problem. I feel like yelling “the iphone is not wearing any clothes” since both AT&T and Apple claim “No problem.” In fairy tales–Apples have long been suspect–

for a more freatur rich salesforce experience you may want to try mintfly.com. It also doesn’t require the salesforce mobile license.

Jordan, I saw it but it really didn’t interest me. While it’s nice to be able to place a call over the GrandCentral network in case I want to transfer it later and have the GC number appear as my caller ID, it doesn’t solve my larger issue of being unable to listen to voicemail messages except when I’m at my computer.

Judi, have you tried “GrandDialer” for GrandCentral? Allows you to make calls from your GC # :) I love it so far.

I definitely agree with this post, outside of the dropped calls.. I get better service everywhere. I just switched from Alltel and it’s amazing how much better service I get–sometimes in the oddest of places (out in the middle of the woods in north-east Michigan I had 3 bars).

Hopefully we’ll see an upgraded version of the WordPress app in the future and also Copy/Paste (2.1!!)
