When I worked in the office in RI, I was almost never actually in the office… so this definitely rings true for me.

5 people spent 63 more hours on product development tasks over the month. Subjectively speaking, we all FELT like we were working LESS. In short, it felt like we were doing less, but we were doing more.

Moving forward, I think we’re going have more of a hybrid approach to see if we can get the best of both worlds.
