This is a great round up. I'd add that it's great for people on the road to report back (think maintenace/delivery - much easier than a type pad) and for internal/extrenal communications.

Can I be very cheeky and add our service, ipadio, to your list - www.ipadio.com

It's free to use works from any phone, and there are local numbers in 40 countries (more applied for) that mean you can usually get the call part free too - http://www.ipadio.com/page.asp?section=79&sectionTitle=International+numbers

We recently did a quick round up of ways to make a call sound good too. Hope it's useful.

Hope this helps

I think you've covered the uses that I've thought of, however, one other such site that I've used is Cinch (cinch.blogtalkradio.com). It requires a long distance call, but it's dead simple to use and the audio quality seems pretty good. This site also generates an RSS feed that you or others can subscribe to.
