		<description><![CDATA[Some good tips I really should take up, but check your email once a day?  Thats impossible for me, I would be avalanched in a second with things I need to do.  I personally find it better to check email three times a day.  9am - prioritize emails/tasks, respond.  12pm - follow-up or respond. 3pm - wrap up the emails, file etc.

The last check also makes me feel much better and I tend to stress less.]]></description>
