		<description><![CDATA[Thanks Ryan. It’s an interesting piece of reading! Members of Gen Y are truly the transformers, as rightly been addressed by Vineet Nayar, the CEO of HCLT, in his book named “Employees First Customers Second”. He had very remarkably pointed out the difference between the traditional longer-serving employees to the young vibrant Gen Y employees, who are not very interested to know who is the boss or president or what is the organizational hierarchy for that matter; what matters to them is how much freedom and autonomy at work are they enjoying and how much are they able to learn and upgrade.]]></description>
