Despite our response being somewhat outdated, we’d like to know everything you can tell us about the problem you’ve experienced with Rapport.

Firstly, Rapport does not support Chrome on a Mac (back in October 15 it did not support Chrome at all) and shouldn’t be affecting it. Then again, it shouldn’t be slowing down any program so we are very interested in investigating this problem.

By now there is a newer version of Rapport available, from the same site you’ve previously downloaded Rapport.
We would like to ask you to download it, and if the problem still occurs, please contact us at support@trusteer.com .

We appreciate any feedback regarding our product and will do anything we can to resolve any issues found.

The slow downs were not due to Chrome, but Rapport (from Trusteer). I realized that I also had a choppy iTunes (3 seconds of music every 10 seconds…). Actually, Chrome runs nicely :)

I’m happy I have my super tidy interface and tab management :) Haven’t experienced any crash yet.

However, I get cyclic pauses, Chrome freezes for 1 second every 10 seconds. It’s really annoying and makes typing, scrolling and interacting with my browser very choppy :(

Have any of you guys experienced such slow downs?

I think i’m just going to stick to Opera until the final chrome version comes out.
