Cleans registry,cache, temp files, and just about everything else. Also will uninstall programs easier than Windows uninstaller.

I’ve been looking for a good memory optimizer, though, so thanks for that! Can anyone also recommend a decent program that displays what processes are running, and how much memory they’re using? Windows Task Manager leaves something to be desired in this area.
