One comment about Brightcove, they recently announced a move away from hosting user-generated video with a focus on just major media outlets. Here’s a link to the news:

Brightcove has wonderful tools, but we’ll have to look elsewhere unless they consider us little guys to be “major”. Still – there are plenty of other options available for video hosting, and I expect more to appear soon.
