Well here&#039;s what happened.

I got an email back.  It said it&#039;s in the works but we&#039;d like more detail if you can.  Polite, nicely done.

I ran a quick check (offline) detailing estimated length of my post (in characaters) and estimated point at which it got truncated.

I did some other stuff.

When I got back I had a nice email saying.  It was a bug.  It&#039;s fixed online.  Your original post is recovered too.

I checked.  Just like they said.

Now that&#039;s service for you.]]></description>
