Excellent post. I use twitter lists to follow tweets on individual genres. However I liked the idea of dipping toes in the stream whenever you want :) Social Media is the most essential weapon of any sales or marketing guy.

However, people tend to spend too much (time) on social media and are not able to get the desired ROI. I think of Social Media as a toruk (Remember Avatar) that needs to be tamed to enjoy the ride...
