GenuisRoom has private chat and DeskAway has superior analytics Just got my free account and i think everything else is the same. So between the 2, its a question of what kind of functionality you want. I personally think chat can be a productivity killer - but yea, if people are far away, then maybe its a good idea. Although there are better tools for online meetings. I would stick to DeskAway - been happy so far.]]></description>

I&#039;d prefer a self-hosted solution but there are thin pickings. The best I&#039;ve found to date is ActiveCollab but it appears to be a one-man-band and I need to be sure of support and I&#039;d like some customization work, which they don&#039;t do. So far I&#039;ve reviewed 16 solutions. Quick reviews are on my blog if interested.]]></description>
