Thanks for the info regarding the iframe method which avoids the JavaScript issue, Do you have any comments or advice regarding accessibility. The reason I ask is I work with college and university disability offices. As you can imagine accessibility therefore is a much more prominent issue for me and my clients.

@Steve, This is why there are two options present: 1) The javascript contact button, 2) Iframe embedding

If javascript is an issue, embedding the form with an iframe would be the best alternate option.

It’s a very feature rich plugin but it’s also easy to create basic forms. I prefer to h ave the for data on my server and the design very much under my control, so it’s better (for me) than an external service. But this sounds nice if you just need one quick contact form.
