		<description><![CDATA[As to record keeping, in a pinch, you can save a web page (such as the one showing the relevant Facebook, LInkedIn or Twitter messages) as a file (HTML or PDF) on your computer.  I keep a file of important correspondence in my project files, for future reference.  This is not as convenient as having all your messages together and organized in one messaging client, but it&#039;s better than nothing, and great for archival purposes.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Both Twitter and LinkedIn have been useful for me to make initial contacts with potential clients, but I try to move people off Twitter DMs and onto either Skype IM or email as quickly as possible.
