We all had different checkpoints to reach on the timeline. The dashboard displayed the various segments of the project and helped keep each segment in perspective. All group members had access to the website, and used it for uploading finished documents.

Biggest problem that you could not run the tool on multiple computers and share same account – at the time I asked them and the response was that they were working on it.

Another problem was described in the article – users must be online to be invited. This defeats the purpose of collaboration software – if I have someone online – I’m already collaborating using something.

I’m using getdropbox.com now and pretty happy about it – it’s the best tool on the market to share small and huge files.
