Our method at Sundrop Systems uses a Vanity keyword like your name or your business name. If you want to give someone your information. You can say "Hey just text Travis to 32757 and they will receive a text message with all of your info. This surpasses traditional business cards in many ways. Its Green for one thing no more trees have to die for you to make money lol. Secondly peopel are way more likely to lose your business card than their phone. Plus with phones as they are these days people can just click your number from the text message or your email and get down to business.

Thanks Dmitri. We've written about Evernote before.
Good catch Simon. Two other services that are somewhat related...

Evernote lets you capture any type of information, including business cards, from any device.

DubMeNow bypasses printed cards altogether, lets you exchange contact info using your mobile phone.

If you were to scan in the cards on a flatbed scanner, even if you scanned them in 12 at a time, you could import them into our software. They'd be converted to searchable PDFs and indexed.

Of course, we don't integrate with Google Maps :) - nice touch. Depending on the industry, LinkedIn support is perhaps more important than, say Twitter support.
