This program is ok, but the Broadlook Contact Capture application is far superior and it's free! Plus it parses from anything, not just Outlook. This application is second rate at best.

If you are on LinkedIn, the LinkedIn toolbar for Outlook works similarly. You do have to highlight the text in an email, but then it automatically creates a contact for it. It also has a button to find updates of contact info in LinkedIn profiles and prompts you if it's been a while since you contacted a LinkedIn connection. And it's free. (You can also download the vcard from any LinkedIn profile into Outlook without a plug-in, directly from your browser.) LinkedIn is also free.

I'd second the recommendation for Anagram, a truly great program that parses sig blocks and converts them into contacts (or updates existing contacts). Anagram goes beyond gwabbit by also creating events/appointments based on the text that is scanned. www.getanagram.com
