		<description><![CDATA[The number one thing that&#039;s helped me for the better part of 10 years is to make sure that my clients have the appropriate remote access tools in their offices. If there is a potential for a long term relationship, I&#039;ll invest the extra dollars and provide the tools myself so that I&#039;ll be able to support their office staff and networks.

Works for me and the clients appreciate the fact that I&#039;m willing to go that extra yard or two. It works for me.

Telling them that I only do my freelance computer work part-time, after hours and weekends, but for a normal business hour fee, has worked extremely well for everyone involved.]]></description>
