		<description><![CDATA[I always make sure to celebrate accomplishments with my clients.  Not just sending flowers when a new site launches, but also marking interim milestones that mean a lot to your client, like design approval by the CEO, with coffee and snacks at the next meeting.  I find this especially important on a project that is more difficult and taking longer than expected. It promotes a sense of partnership and highlights the gains that we are making toward the end goal.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[A client was visiting our offices on his birthday, and we got him a few cards. I&#039;ve never seen him so happy! I really like the idea of sending cards on the anniversary of a contract or on a birthday - especially if it&#039;s personal.

I also tend to go above and beyond traditional SEO - in addition to SEO recommendations, I&#039;ll often proofread copy, give usability suggestions, and more. Clients certainly appreciate it, and I like keeping them happy.]]></description>
