Granted, that’s cheap compared to “the phone company” but most VoIP services are much cheaper. I pay something like $1-2/mo per number with FlowRoute and don’t think I’ve ever paid more than $5/mo for a number with other providers. I have a Google Voice account but haven’t found it really compelling unless you’re eager to give Google total control over your “one phone number”… I dunno…I have a lot of thoughts on this matter. I wish 3jam luck, but I am not sure how the can compete with GV in the long term.
