&lt;p&gt;I&#039;m glad that you are recognizing the Wired story as allegations, not facts.  Beware because most of the people cited in that story are direct competitors of ZAP and they were working with the writer to try to discredit ZAP in the eyes of the media, investors and dealers.  ZAP is one of the only companies selling EVs today, of course some people do not want us to succeed.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And ZAP never said the Alias would be done in January 2008.  The world only found out about in in June 2007 and all would agree it is impossible to bring a vehicle to market in that timeframe.  Where did this mistake come from?  Not from ZAP.&lt;/p&gt;
