I agree that clean emissions doesn’t mean clean electricity, but I think it’s the wrong tack to say that it doesn’t matter.

Emissions are meaningless and , for electric cars into the far foreseeable future, would at best mean mostly a negligible reduction of all types of emissions – mostly those emissions are merely shifted elsewhere (the truly ignorant souls think that
a clean tailpipe means clean electricity) but regardless, they are meaningless unless you swallow the implausible global warming vaporware. The self-proclaimed Earth saviors will discover what Piltdown man was and why this generation is, if anything, more igmnorant than was the one that swallowed that scientific fraud. By the way, total polar ice mass is increasing and now stands at a 40 year high. Explain away that documented fact, please.
