		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Thank you for this very informative article.  It is indeed true that both Adura Technologies and EnOcean/Echoflex successfully deployed demand responsive lighting projects for PG&amp;E.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As a point of correction, neither the Adura LightPoint System nor the EnOcean system required batteries for demand response.  EnOcean&#039;s system is powered by energy harvesting and Adura&#039;s system was powered by line voltage.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Adura system also provides bi-directional communication of watts abated in a demand response situation and a native digital environment for Demand Response, which does not require any additional hardware and provides greater visibility into the efficacy of a demand response signal.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There is over 70 billion square feet of uncontrolled space in the U.S. with an ample opportunity for customers to evaluate both technologies and make informed decisions.  We look forward to the opportunity to compete in the marketplace.&lt;/p&gt;
