&lt;p&gt;How could it be any higher???.. conversion efficiency is a factor of the PV cells.. What they ARE doing is increasing the PV cell output by a factor of 10x by concentrating more sun light into them.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Parabloic reflectors can increase PV output up to 1000x if enough cell cooling is used. http://www.solarsystems.com.au/ but they still have the same &#039;conversion efficiencies&#039;&lt;/p&gt;
