Unfortunately, this process in not avoidable because laying out industry guides is necessary to increase efficiency. The same thing happened in the wind industry in the early 1990s when there was a slowdown that was largely due to the lack of government funds and the establishment of regulations. Luckily, the smart grid and the wind industry now have access to funds that speed up the process of standardization.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
