		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Is it a Jetson&#039;s fantasy that someday an energy management auditor will set up a sphere-scanning device in the core of a structure, wait for however long it takes, then have a CAD type model available? My EM Tech program seems to be stuck on the technology of inter-relating data in mental discipline, without a real notion of what to represent in the first place. Given all kinds of primitive telemetry is old as the hills, it seems like the next step.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
