Today is February 18, 2010. This article appeared four (4) months ago. During that time the economy has continued it's downward spiral. The voters in Oregon don't want ANY new business and industry coming to this state. It is a sad situation to witness as other states solicit new business and industry while the State of Oregon continues to raise taxes on the workers who are supporting those living off of the system. Perhaps business is wiser to look elaswhere. JMHO
