They are charged not by a battery charger or by replacing the batteries.  They are charged by &quot;other means.&quot;  And I don&#039;t think they mean the new magnetic coupling.  So still charging, still holding some juice, no fuel cell, no super capacator....what can it be but a battery except by name?&lt;/p&gt;
