		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Is really good idea hope it goes on with the electric car.I got a idea for you on it is a rechargeble car fan so it makes power under the bonnie the wind blow thougth the grill it start up when the battery runs out and the fan stops when it is recharge.The car has to be moving so the fan will work.Also the fan goes up when it goes up hill to work to. And it has dynamos under the wheels to work the lights like the old bike lights so even when it stops at traffic lights the car at the back of that car can see is back lights all the head lights.&lt;/p&gt;
