		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Come now - 1.5 billion jobs created in CA per Mary Nichols - I hope we never have 1.5 billion workers in CA which would imply about 3 billion people - the entire population of India, China, Indonesia, Nigeria and then some.  Would be a bit cramped to live here at that time. 150,000 jobs might be possible.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
