		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;I love John Doerr...I&#039;m glad you think that he and Gore have the kind of clout that might be necessary to pass even a mild carbon tax...but I&#039;m afraid that I really don&#039;t see it happening. Passing a tax in America right now seems like a pretty insurmountable obstacle. Put passing the PTC and the ITC is a no-brainer...I can&#039;t believe they haven&#039;t done it yet...&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
