		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;There is no gurantee that IBM+Sun deal will be a  boon for IBM, Sun or the customers. The question of why Java is not bringing revenue will be valid for IBM also. IBM has been on the record for screwing several of golden opportunities in the software market itself (OS/2 for example). IBM continues to be associated with vapourwares like SOA ...&lt;/p&gt;
