The other website (link below) argues that the $150billion over 10 years; or $15Bil/year will be a significant improvement since only $2.5Bill was invested by VC firms into clean tech in 2007. But as they point out it&#039;s still less than the amount given for all energy subsidies annually.&lt;/p&gt;
