		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;The amount of electricity consumed by &quot;gadgets&quot; in  the home really doesn&#039;t warrant an app.  If  it&#039;s free, great, but for the home a holistic approach needs to be taken if a family is going to put a serous dent in the KWhr  consumption.&lt;/p&gt;
