Yesterday, I attended the Environmental Entrepreneurs luncheon, featuring Joe Simitian, our California State Senator as speaker. The topic was, "America's Clean Energy Future: Low-Carbon Power Generation".

The Senator is asking all California business owners to support the SB411 proposition on Renewable Energy Sources. All you need to do is send letter with your business letterhead, stating your support for the bill.

For more information about the bill, you may contact www.e2.org. They have a template letter which you can use.

My plug in for an even greener California policy,

Wow - it's depressing how slow its taking to make the necessary changes. Even this bill, which is hardly as radical as the science demands (80% cut in total emissions), is going to be vetoed. Sigh.
