		<description><![CDATA[I am from the Guam Power Authority I understand that they do not manufacture mechanical fm2s residential meters. We are having a lot of problems with the electronic meters on our island of Guam. The LCD display would either go blank or go out also, due to our humidity the circuit boards go out. I would like to find out how the sensus meters are doing in other parts of the world. Our weather here is very humid. We have noticed that the electronic meters do not last too long out on the field especially in direct sunlight.]]></description>
