Obviously, as companies are working to mitigate their climate impact they want to be able to make comparisons and evaluate progress. Right now, that’s difficult to do because different organizations use different measurements and targets. We’re getting closer to generally accepted standards, but for the most part, the field of sustainability metrics is still evolving.
