		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;I agree with McCain, incentives for solar aren&#039;t what we need, that is subsidizing energy, which in effect is redistributing wealth, which stunts growth in the long term. It is not likely to set off a clean tech explosion, that explosion is already going on due to the high gas prices. Let the market do it&#039;s thing, the time for government subsidies was 10 or 20 years ago when there was no market.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>

McCain was endorsed at a California Solar Power company during the republican primaries, now all of a sudden he&#039;s saying solar panels are &quot;shoddy&quot; and he does not support and incentives for solar.
