Green energy is definitely the best solution in most cases. Technology like solar energy, wind power, fuel cells, zaps electric vehicles, EV hybrids, etc have come so far recently. Green energy even costs way less than oil and gas in many cases.

Interesting that Honda gives the Volt enough respect to consider it worth copying. Frankly, it took that to get me to begin considering the Volt anything more than the usual GM sleazy PR Dept at work.

I'd have only two wishes for variants on the theme:

Diesel power generation instead of gasoline [or substitutes]...

A small or mini-size pickup truck... I don't care if it looks like a Tata, I just need to haul crap that doesn't work easily into most utility bodies. :-]
